Between approximately 8:00 PM last night (8/12) and 7:00 AM today, we experienced a number of auto burglaries in the area of Kings Road, Humboldt Road and Sierra Point Road. Most of the vehicles had their passenger side window broken (the side facing away from the street). The suspect(s) appeared to be very selective in what they were looking for. Many of the vehicles had been ransacked, with nothing taken from them despite items of value being in plain sight. Items that were taken, however, included GPS units and satellite radios.
